Every day, millions of people skip Google and ask an AI for answers instead. The AI picks a handful of brands to recommend. Most companies have no idea if they made the list. PingAura fixes that.
We are building the platform that helps brands optimize their presence and monetize their visibility across AI-powered search. Our engine orchestrates multiple LLM providers to analyze content, generate insights, and power an AI assistant that marketers actually use in production.
We are a pre-seed startup backed by serial entrepreneurs with exits. The team is small. You won't be a cog — you'll shape the core AI systems from day one.
What you'll do
- Design and build multi-model orchestration pipelines — routing, fallbacks, cost optimization across providers
- Build prompt chains and agentic workflows for content analysis, generation, and our AI assistant
- Implement tool-calling and structured output patterns for the AI assistant
- Own model evaluation — measure quality, latency, and cost, then make the tradeoffs
- Build guardrails: input validation, output filtering, hallucination detection, and rate management
- Instrument AI pipelines with observability — tracing, token tracking, and latency monitoring
- Work with product to turn complex SEO problems into clean AI-powered features
Who we're looking for
- 2+ years of production experience building with LLMs — not just demos or hackathon projects
- You've shipped prompt chains, RAG pipelines, or agent systems that real users depend on
- Strong Python or TypeScript — we care that you write clean, testable code
- Deep understanding of tokenization, context windows, structured outputs, and multi-model tradeoffs
- You think about cost per call as much as you think about accuracy
- You've dealt with the hard parts: hallucinations, latency spikes, provider outages, and meaningful evals
- You stay current — you know what shipped last week in the LLM world
- Bonus: experience with search, content, or marketing technology
