AI is changing how people find things. When someone asks ChatGPT or Perplexity a question, some brands show up and others don't. PingAura helps brands show up — and monetize that presence. We optimize their content, track their performance across LLMs, and give them the data they need to win.
We are a small founding team backed by serial entrepreneurs with real exits. We already have paying enterprise customers. This is a live product with real users who depend on it every day.
We need a full-stack product engineer who can own features end to end. You will talk to customers, shape the product, write the code, and ship it. No waiting for specs. No layers of approval.
What you'll do
- Own features end to end — database schema through API through UI
- Build and extend dashboards, tools, and internal systems across the full stack
- Design data models and write performant queries against Postgres
- Build server-side logic — API routes, background jobs, integrations with third-party services
- Ship production code multiple times a day with proper testing and monitoring
- Talk to customers and translate pain points into product improvements
- Make architecture decisions that balance speed with long-term maintainability
- Participate in code reviews and help set engineering standards early
Who we're looking for
- 2+ years building and shipping web applications across frontend and backend
- Comfortable with server-rendered frameworks, REST APIs, relational databases, and cloud infrastructure
- You've worked with Postgres (or similar) and can write non-trivial queries, migrations, and schema designs
- Solid JavaScript/TypeScript skills — you understand async patterns, error handling, and type safety
- Ability to take a vague problem and turn it into a working feature without hand-holding
- Bias for action — shipped is better than planned
- Curious about AI and LLMs — you don't need to be an expert, just eager to learn
- Clear communicator who works well in a small, remote-first team
