About the role
When someone asks an AI assistant a question, a few brands get mentioned and the rest get ignored. Most companies have no clue where they stand. PingAura gives them the answer — and you will help them act on it.
You will be the bridge between our platform and our customers. You will help them read their data, spot what matters, and build a plan to optimize and monetize their brand's presence in AI-generated answers.
This is a founding role at a pre-seed startup with paying enterprise customers. You will not inherit a playbook — you will write it.
Responsibilities
- Own the full customer journey from onboarding to renewal
- Run regular strategy calls where you translate dashboard data into clear next steps
- Build custom AI optimization plans for each account based on their goals and industry
- Spot early signs of churn and act fast to turn things around
- Collect product feedback from customers and bring it back to the team with context
- Create guides, templates, and playbooks that help customers get value faster
- Track account health metrics and share wins with the team each week
- Work closely with product and engineering to shape what we build next
You may be a good fit if
- You have 2–5 years in customer success, account management, or digital strategy
- You can explain complex data in simple terms — no jargon, no hand-waving
- You are curious about AI search and how large language models surface information
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and have worked at an early-stage company (or want to)
- You write emails that people actually read
- You have managed enterprise accounts and know how to run regular strategy reviews
Strong candidates may also have
- Background in SEO, content strategy, or digital marketing
- Daily use of AI tools like ChatGPT or Perplexity in your own workflow
- Experience translating quantitative dashboards into qualitative customer plans
