About the Job

When someone asks an AI assistant a question, a few brands get mentioned and the rest get ignored. Most companies have no clue where they stand. PingAura gives them the answer — and you'll help them act on it.

You'll be the bridge between our platform and our customers. You'll help them read their data, spot what matters, and build a plan to optimize and monetize their brand's presence in AI-generated answers.

This is a founding role at a pre-seed startup with paying enterprise customers. You won't inherit a playbook — you'll write it. If you like solving new problems, talking to smart people, and shaping how a company grows, keep reading.


What you'll do

  • Own the full customer journey from onboarding to renewal
  • Run regular strategy calls where you translate dashboard data into clear next steps
  • Build custom AI optimization plans for each account based on their goals and industry
  • Spot early signs of churn and act fast to turn things around
  • Collect product feedback from customers and bring it back to the team with context
  • Create guides, templates, and playbooks that help customers get value faster
  • Track account health metrics and share wins with the team each week
  • Work closely with product and engineering to shape what we build next

Who we're looking for

  • 2-5 years in customer success, account management, or digital strategy
  • You can explain complex data in simple terms — no jargon, no hand-waving
  • Curious about AI search and how large language models surface information
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — you've worked at an early-stage company or want to
  • Strong written and spoken English; you write emails people actually read
  • You've managed enterprise accounts and know how to run regular strategy reviews
  • Bonus: background in SEO, content strategy, or digital marketing
  • Bonus: you've used AI tools like ChatGPT or Perplexity in your own workflow
