Role: Enterprise Sales Manager (Founding Team)

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise Sales Manager based in Navi Mumbai/Mumbai. The Enterprise Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives, including presenting solutions to prospective clients, managing accounts, generating and qualifying leads, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks will involve overseeing sales operations, building strong client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.

This is not a typical sales role. You'll be selling a category shift (SEO + AI Discovery) to CMOs, Digital Heads, and CXOs.


What you'll do

  • Close enterprise deals (₹25L – ₹2Cr range)
  • Own full-cycle sales: outbound → discovery → demo → closure
  • Sell to CXOs across BFSI, SaaS, D2C, Marketing Agencies
  • Build pipeline (not just follow up on leads)
  • Handle real objections confidently
  • Work directly with founders on key deals

Who we're looking for

  • 3–6 yrs in B2B / SaaS Enterprise Sales
  • Have closed ₹25L+ deals (must have) At least 3–4 customer references required
  • Comfortable talking to CXOs
  • Strong communicator + sharp thinker
  • High ownership, low hand-holding
  • Hungry to build, not just operate

Compensation

  • Upto Rs. 30 lac/annum (Rs. 12 Fixed + Variable)
  • Plus compelling ESOPs being early stage

Qualifications

  • 3–5years of proven experience in Sales, including Sales Presentations and delivering compelling pitches
  • Experience in Account Management and nurturing long-term client relationships
  • Strong capabilities in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations and managing the end-to-end sales process
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Familiarity with AI solutions or technology-related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Masters in Business, Marketing, or ex-entrepreneurs having built startups in the past
