Role: Enterprise Sales Manager (Founding Team)
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise Sales Manager based in Navi Mumbai/Mumbai. The Enterprise Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives, including presenting solutions to prospective clients, managing accounts, generating and qualifying leads, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks will involve overseeing sales operations, building strong client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
This is not a typical sales role. You'll be selling a category shift (SEO + AI Discovery) to CMOs, Digital Heads, and CXOs.
What you'll do
- Close enterprise deals (₹25L – ₹2Cr range)
- Own full-cycle sales: outbound → discovery → demo → closure
- Sell to CXOs across BFSI, SaaS, D2C, Marketing Agencies
- Build pipeline (not just follow up on leads)
- Handle real objections confidently
- Work directly with founders on key deals
Who we're looking for
- 3–6 yrs in B2B / SaaS Enterprise Sales
- Have closed ₹25L+ deals (must have) At least 3–4 customer references required
- Comfortable talking to CXOs
- Strong communicator + sharp thinker
- High ownership, low hand-holding
- Hungry to build, not just operate
Compensation
- Upto Rs. 30 lac/annum (Rs. 12 Fixed + Variable)
- Plus compelling ESOPs being early stage

Qualifications
- 3–5years of proven experience in Sales, including Sales Presentations and delivering compelling pitches
- Experience in Account Management and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Strong capabilities in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
- Proficiency in Sales Operations and managing the end-to-end sales process
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Familiarity with AI solutions or technology-related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Masters in Business, Marketing, or ex-entrepreneurs having built startups in the past
