About the role

The way people discover brands is shifting fast. Instead of clicking through search results, they ask AI assistants and get direct answers. PingAura helps brands show up in those answers — and turn that presence into revenue. We optimize content, track performance, and give teams the tools to monetize AI search.

We are a pre-seed startup backed by 14 CXO angel investors, Google for Startups, and AWS. We have paying enterprise customers and a growing content engine — blog posts, free tools, case studies, and docs. What we need now is someone to scale it.

As Growth Marketing Lead, you will own the full funnel, from first click to paid customer. You will run experiments, build campaigns, and find the channels that scale. You will shape the growth playbook from scratch.


Responsibilities

  • Own the growth funnel end to end — awareness, activation, conversion, retention
  • Run experiments across content, paid ads, email, partnerships, and community to find what works
  • Scale the content engine — turn blog posts, tools, and case studies into demand
  • Build and optimize landing pages, email sequences, and lead nurture flows
  • Track the metrics that matter — CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, conversion rates — and report clearly
  • Work with product to improve onboarding and reduce churn
  • Launch co-marketing campaigns with partners and customers
  • Hire and mentor a small growth team as we scale

You may be a good fit if

  • You have 4–7 years in growth or performance marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS startup
  • You have built a growth channel from zero, not just optimized one someone else built
  • You have a strong grasp of SEO, content marketing, and paid acquisition
  • You think in experiments — form hypotheses, test fast, double down on winners
  • You are comfortable with data and use spreadsheets, dashboards, and analytics tools daily
  • You write a landing page, an email, or a brief with equal ease

Strong candidates may also have

  • Experience in the SEO, martech, or AI tools space
  • Experience marketing to enterprise buyers in India or globally
  • A track record of launching co-marketing campaigns that produced measurable pipeline
