Connecting HubSpot no longer needs a key. Click Connect HubSpot, approve in HubSpot, and leads from your hosted pages start arriving in your CRM.
Highlights
- Approve instead of pasting. Pick the domain, click Connect HubSpot and approve in HubSpot. You land back in PingAura with a confirmation.
- Install from the HubSpot marketplace. Click Install on the PingAura listing, choose your workspace and domain, and approve. Installing this way sends only leads captured from then on.
- You choose the permissions. Reading and writing contacts is required. Creating the PingAura lead score and PingAura source page properties is optional, and without it every lead still arrives with its page on a note.
- No reconnecting on a schedule. Access is renewed for you. If HubSpot access is removed, the card says it needs reconnecting and waiting leads are sent once you do.
How to set it up
Follow Connect HubSpot. Connections made earlier with a key no longer send leads and must reconnect with HubSpot: their card shows Needs reconnecting with a Reconnect with HubSpot link, and leads captured in the meantime are sent once you reconnect.

HubSpot is included in the Growth and Pro plans, and in some enterprise plans.
