CRM integration · Lead capture
Connect HubSpot and each enquiry captured on your PingAura pages lands in your CRM as a contact, with a note showing the page it came from, so you can trace pipeline back to the content that created it.

Why connect
Leads are only useful if your team sees them where it already works. Connecting HubSpot puts every enquiry from your PingAura pages into your CRM, with the page behind it recorded, so you can see which content brings in business. The enquiry is always saved in PingAura first, so a HubSpot outage never loses a lead.
What you can do
Every enquiry becomes a HubSpot contact with the email address, name and phone number the person supplied. Someone already in your CRM is updated, not duplicated.
A note on each contact records when the enquiry came in, the page title, its URL and the type of page, plus whatever the person wrote.
Optionally add two contact properties, PingAura lead score and PingAura source page, so you can filter and build reports on them in HubSpot.
One HubSpot portal connects per domain, so two brands on the same account can send to two different portals and neither sees the other's leads.
Onboarding clarity
Approve the connection in HubSpot. There is no key to create or paste. The full guide is at pingaura.ai/docs/integrations/hubspot.
In Workspace settings, open Integrations and click the HubSpot card. You can also start from the PingAura install page at pingaura.ai/integrations/hubspot/install: sign in, then pick the workspace and domain.
Pick the domain this portal is for, then choose whether to send only new leads or earlier ones too. Only new leads is the default.
Click Connect HubSpot, sign in, choose your account and approve the permissions. Your leads start going to HubSpot from then on.
Trust and permissions
PingAura asks to read and write contacts, which is how it finds an existing contact and creates or updates it. A third permission, to write contact properties, is optional and you can untick it on HubSpot's consent screen. Without it, every lead still arrives with its page recorded on a note. Your HubSpot access is stored encrypted and renewed automatically.
Estimated setup time: under 5 minutes
Contacts read and write required, contact properties optional
If access is removed, leads wait and are sent after you reconnect
