Sub-Processors

The third-party providers that help us operate PingAura, grouped by the role they play.

PingAura engages the third parties listed below to help us provide the Services. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and appropriate security and confidentiality obligations. This page is the authoritative source for our current sub-processors; the Privacy Policy explains the overall framework.

Infrastructure and hosting

  • Supabase — Postgres database, authentication, and object storage. United States / Europe.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — content delivery (CloudFront) and object storage (S3). United States.
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — compute and language APIs used for site audits and scoring. United States / Europe.
  • Vercel — application hosting and edge runtime. United States / Global.
  • Cloudflare — DNS, DDoS protection, and Workers for background jobs. Global.

Billing and payments

  • Paddle — Merchant of Record for billing, tax collection, invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks. United Kingdom / United States.
  • Razorpay — optional payment method for customers in India. India.

AI model providers

We use the business or enterprise tier of each provider, which contractually prohibits the provider from using your content to train general-purpose models.

  • OpenAI — language and reasoning models (e.g., GPT-4o, o-series). United States.
  • Anthropic — Claude models. United States.
  • Google — Gemini, AI Overview, and AI Mode for visibility scans and content tasks. United States / Europe.
  • Perplexity — visibility queries against Perplexity answer engines. United States.
  • DeepSeek — selected reasoning and generation tasks. China (Singapore endpoint).
  • xAI — Grok for selected generation tasks. United States.

Operations and customer communications

  • Langfuse — LLM tracing, evaluation, and prompt management. European Union.
  • PostHog — product analytics and error tracking. European Union / United States.
  • Resend — transactional and lifecycle email delivery. United States.
  • Sentry — application error and performance monitoring. United States / European Union.

Changes and notifications

We will update this page when we add, replace, or remove a sub-processor that processes personal data. Customers on an enterprise plan or with a signed data processing agreement may request advance notice of material changes by emailing support@pingaura.ai. If you reasonably object to a new sub-processor, contact us and we will work in good faith to address your concerns.
