Sub-Processors

PingAura engages the third parties listed below to help us provide the Services. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and appropriate security and confidentiality obligations. This page is the authoritative source for our current sub-processors; the Privacy Policy explains the overall framework.

Infrastructure and hosting

• Supabase:Postgres database, authentication, and object storage. United States / Europe.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS):content delivery (CloudFront) and object storage (S3). United States.
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP):application hosting (Cloud Run), background job queues (Pub/Sub), and compute and language APIs used for site audits and scoring. United States / Europe / India.
• Cloudflare:DNS, DDoS protection, and edge Workers. Global.

Billing and payments

• Paddle:Merchant of Record for billing, tax collection, invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks. United Kingdom / United States.
• Razorpay:optional payment method for customers in India. India.

AI model providers

We use the business or enterprise tier of each provider, which contractually prohibits the provider from using your content to train general-purpose models.

• OpenAI:language and reasoning models (e.g., GPT-4o, o-series). United States.
• Anthropic:Claude models, served through Google Cloud Vertex AI. United States.
• Google:Gemini, AI Overview, and AI Mode for visibility scans and content tasks. United States / Europe.
• Perplexity:visibility queries against Perplexity answer engines. United States.
• DeepSeek:visibility queries against DeepSeek models, served through Google Cloud Vertex AI. United States.
• xAI:Grok models, served through Google Cloud Vertex AI. United States.
• DataForSEO:search volume data for prompts and keywords. European Union.

Operations and customer communications

• Langfuse:LLM tracing, evaluation, and prompt management. European Union.
• PostHog:product analytics and error tracking. European Union / United States.
• Resend:transactional and lifecycle email delivery. United States.
• Sentry:application error and performance monitoring. United States / European Union.

Website analytics and advertising measurement

• Google:Tag Manager, which loads the website tags below. United States.
• Microsoft:Clarity session analytics and heatmaps, only with cookie consent. United States.
• Apollo.io:website visitor company identification, only with cookie consent. United States.
• OpenAI:ChatGPT Ads measurement pixel for ad conversion attribution. United States.

Tools you connect yourself

Some features send data to systems you connect and control, such as your own CRM, your content management system, or a notification channel. Nothing is sent until you connect the tool, the credentials are yours, and the destination is an account you hold under your own agreement with that provider.

We treat these as your systems rather than PingAura sub-processors, which is why they are not listed above. It also means that when we delete a record at your request or at the end of a retention period, we delete our copy. Any copy that has already reached a tool you connected stays under your control and your own retention policy, and you remove it there.

Changes and notifications

We will update this page when we add, replace, or remove a sub-processor that processes personal data. Any customer may request advance notice of material changes, and may object to a change, by emailing support@pingaura.ai. If you reasonably object to a new sub-processor, contact us and we will work in good faith to address your concerns.
