PingAura extension for Fynd

Install PingAura on your Fynd company to see how AI assistants talk about your brand, check each sales channel for AI readiness, and count visits that AI assistants send you.

The PingAura extension runs inside the Fynd Commerce panel. It sets itself up from your catalogue and storefront, measures how AI assistants talk about your brand, and checks each sales channel for what stops AI assistants and shopping agents from reading it.

The extension reads your store. It does not edit your products or your content. AI traffic tracking runs only if you switch it on.

Install the extension

  1. In Fynd, find PingAura in the extensions marketplace and install it on your company.
  2. Approve the permissions Fynd shows.
  3. Open PingAura from your company's extensions.

PingAura identifies you by the email on your Fynd account, so that email must be verified in Fynd. If you already use PingAura with the same email, the company is added to your existing workspace. Otherwise PingAura creates a workspace for it.

One install covers every sales channel in the company.

Tracked sales channels

PingAura tracks one sales channel when you install. A tracked channel gets the full AI visibility scan and site audit. Every channel, tracked or not, gets product page readiness and agent readiness.

To change which channel is tracked, pick it under Sales channel and click Track this channel. How many channels you can track depends on your plan.

A channel needs a domain in Fynd before PingAura can show its results.

AI visibility scan

When a channel is first tracked, PingAura builds the questions shoppers ask AI assistants, and a competitor list, from your catalogue and storefront. It then runs the first AI visibility scan with no setup from you. The home page shows how long is left.

When the scan finishes you see:

  • your AI AuraScore
  • your share of voice, your share of all brand mentions in AI answers
  • the competitors AI recommends instead of you

Readiness

  • Site audit: audits the tracked channel's storefront home page and lists the top issues by severity.
  • Product page readiness: click Check product pages to score a sample of your product pages. The pages with the least for AI assistants to quote come first, with what each one is missing: title, description, attributes, images, image alt text, FAQ or structured data. A check uses one site audit from your plan.
  • Agent readiness: what AI agents find when they visit your storefront. It checks the store MCP endpoint, AI crawler rules in robots.txt, the sitemap, llms.txt, llms-full.txt, agents.md, product structured data and canonical links. Each check is pass, needs attention or fail, with where to fix it in Fynd.

AI traffic

AI traffic tracking is off until you switch it on, one tracked channel at a time.

  1. Under AI traffic, turn on Track AI traffic on this channel. PingAura adds its script to that storefront.
  2. Click Send test event. Your storefront opens in a new tab, and PingAura confirms when it sees the visit.

The script counts page views, so PingAura can see which visits came from AI assistants. It also counts clicks on phone, email and WhatsApp links. See Track contact clicks in the browser for what it records and what it never records.

Turn the switch off at any time to remove the script.

Every plan shows the totals for the last 28 days. The Telemetry add-on adds the breakdown by page and AI assistant, with history, in the full PingAura dashboard. AI crawler visits need a CDN integration on pingaura.ai.

Plans

Open Plans in the extension:

  • Free
  • Starter, with more tracked questions and more site audits each month. When the company is eligible, the Plans page offers a 14-day free trial, once per company.
  • Telemetry add-on, on top of Free or Starter

Fynd bills paid plans on your Fynd invoice. After you choose a plan, approve the charge in Fynd, then come back and refresh. The extension shows the current prices.

If your PingAura team already pays for a plan on pingaura.ai, or PingAura invoices your team directly, Fynd does not bill you and plan changes happen there.

Uninstall

When you uninstall the extension, Fynd removes the PingAura script from your storefronts.
