AI Coworker

Ask Aura, PingAura's AI Coworker, to explain your data and do the work: research prompts, track competitors, write and publish articles, run site audits and more.

AI Coworker is a chat assistant called Aura. It can see everything in your PingAura workspace for the domain you have open, and it can do most of the work for you: explain a drop in your score, add prompts, write an article, run an audit.

Open it from the top of the sidebar, or type into the Coworker bar on Home.

Getting started

Click one of the suggestions to start, such as Improve visibility, Top opportunities, Run site audit or Prompt research, or just ask in your own words. Good first questions:

  • "Why did my AI AuraScore drop this week?"
  • "Where do competitors beat me?"
  • "Which prompts am I missing from on ChatGPT?"
  • "Draft an article that would help me show up for 'best payroll software for startups'."

What Aura can do

Explain your visibility

  • Read your scores, compare runs, and tell you what changed and why.
  • Show which websites AI cites, and the AI traffic reaching your site.
  • Start a new visibility run.

Look after your prompts and competitors

  • Research new prompts, add them to topics, or archive old ones.
  • Suggest competitors, add them, and set their aliases.

Write and publish content

  • Suggest keywords and titles, write articles in your brand's style, and propose edits to existing ones.
  • Import an existing page to improve it.
  • Publish to WordPress.

Fix your site

  • Sync your sitemap, run a Site Health audit, and walk you through the issues it finds.

Work the Playbook

  • Show your top opportunities, run discovery for new ones, and mark them done.

Run ChatGPT Ads

  • Review campaigns, ad groups, ads and conversions, and propose changes. Anything that would change what you spend shows a confirmation card first, and nothing happens until you approve it.

Manage the workspace

  • Invite teammates, check your plan and usage, and link you to the right setting.

Look things up

  • Search the web, and check Google Trends for what people are searching for right now.

Attachments

Click Attach file or drop files into the chat. Aura can read CSV, JSON, plain text, Markdown, PDF, Excel (.xlsx), and PNG, JPEG or WebP images. For example, attach a list of keywords and ask Aura to turn them into prompts.

If a file contains text that looks like instructions aimed at the AI rather than normal data, PingAura warns you with Review attachment before sending. Only send files you trust.

You can also talk to Aura with Start voice input.
