Workspace settings
Manage your team and their roles, the domains your workspace tracks, API keys, and billing.
Workspace settings is where you manage who is in your workspace, which websites it tracks, and how you pay. You find it at the bottom of the sidebar.
Team
Team holds your workspace's name and logo, and the people in it.
There are two roles:
- Owner: can do everything, including billing, API keys and deleting the workspace.
- Member: can use every product page but cannot manage billing or API keys.
To add people, open Members and invite them by email. You can change someone's role with Change Role, remove them, or hand the workspace to someone else with Transfer Ownership. How many people you can invite depends on your plan.
Domains
Domains lists the websites this workspace tracks. Each domain has its own prompts, competitors, results and Brand Memory.
You can track one section of a site as its own domain, for example example.com/business. Results then count only that part of the site as you, and the rest of the site is not mixed in.
Some features need you to prove you own a domain. PingAura gives you a DNS TXT record to add. If another workspace has already verified the domain, you will see a message asking you to add the record to confirm it is yours.
Integrations
Integrations connects PingAura to WordPress, HubSpot, Slack and your other tools. See Integrations.
API & MCP
API & MCP is where the owner creates API keys for AI assistants, scripts and the telemetry SDK. See API & MCP.
Billing
Only the owner can manage billing. Billing has three tabs:
- Plan & usage: your current plan and how much of each limit you have used this period.
- Invoices: past invoices to download.
- Billing address: the address printed on your invoices.
If an invoice is overdue or your plan has ended, a notice appears at the top of the app. Pay the invoice or renew the plan to keep full access.
