Site Health

Check that AI engines and search engines can read your pages, see your Technical, Content Quality and AEO scores, and fix the issues that matter most.

AI engines can only recommend pages they can read and understand. Site Health audits your pages and tells you what is getting in the way.

Open it from AI Optimisation → Site Health in the sidebar.

Get started

  1. Click Sync Pages. PingAura reads your sitemap and lists your pages.
  2. Choose which pages to track. Tracked pages are the ones PingAura audits. You can also Add Page to track a page that is not in your sitemap.
  3. Click Run Scan to audit the selected pages, or Run All Scan for every tracked page.

How many pages you can track per domain, and how many audits you can run, depends on your plan.

The three scores

Each page gets three scores:

  • Technical: can search engines and AI crawlers reach and read the page? Covers things like broken links, status codes and blocked crawlers.
  • Content Quality: is the page clear, well structured and useful?
  • AEO (answer engine optimisation): is it easy for AI engines to quote and cite? Covers things like structured data, clear answers to questions, and an llms.txt file.

Fix issues

  • Issues groups problems across your pages, with how many pages each one affects. Open one to see why it matters, the steps to fix it, and the affected pages.
  • Priority fixes lists the highest-impact fixes first, with an Impact and Effort rating for each. Look for Quick win. Copy steps copies the instructions for whoever will make the change.
  • Some issues can be fixed for you. For example, Generate llms.txt writes an llms.txt file for your site.

After you fix something, run the scan again to confirm it. Fixed issues move to Recently fixed.

If a scan fails

  • The site blocked our audit: your site or its firewall turned PingAura away. Ask whoever manages your site to allow PingAura's site audit, and contact us if they need details. Connecting Google Search Console also lets PingAura refresh some page data without crawling.
  • Page not found: the page no longer exists on your live site. Untrack it, or fix the link in your sitemap.

When a scan fails, Site Health keeps showing the scores from the last successful audit.
